This is the second Mould festival after last year's great success. This year the festival will be held in both Melbourne and Sydney. According to this article there will be cheeses from Bruny Island Cheese Co., Meredith Dairy, Yarra Valley Dairy, Shaw River Buffalo Cheese, Grandvewe, Stone & Crow and more. There will also be a cheesey fare with Maker & Monger, Harper & Blohm and Burn City Smokers at the Melbourne event.
